Your membership grants you unlimited attendance. Mix and match the days and visit as often as you like. Try to attend at least two days a week to get the full benefit of martial arts training and to qualify for rank testing.
Martial Arts for preschoolers is designed to meet the needs of children ages 4 and 5 years old while providing them with a fun martial arts experience. Your child will strengthen their social skills, self-discipline, mental readiness, large motor skills, and coordination while learning in a peer group led by a CPR-certified Martial Arts instructor.

Martial Arts for kids ages 6 through 13 offers a chance to engage in both art and athletics through activities that help improve cognitive, social, and motor skills. Your child will stay fully engaged during class with non-stop instruction that will build confidence, self-esteem, and self-defense skills. Our techniques enhance social and emotional intelligence and teach students to successfully adapt, react, and protect themselves in various situations such as a schoolyard bully or being confronted by a stranger.
